well adding boob shape in armor isnt really a good idea since it will redirect blows to your chest instead of away from it.
the warrior shield is quite small, they probably would be better with central grip rather than straped on the arm.
the knight could have some that sword on their hip as a backup weapon and wield a two handed polearm.
i think that adding a crossbow to the thief would be a good idea, crossbow are quite easy to learn and you can aim as much as you want.
i found interesting the weapon difference in the crows, wielding a one handed weapon and having a free hand adds the option to grab you opponent but having two weapons give a better parrying and counter attack options, nice birds by the way.
those are all my personal opinion however.
